Exercise Journal : Day 6

Bismillah

20 high knees
20 push ups
20 seconds plank
20 crunches
(2 sets)

High knees, push up & plank : OK
Crunches : dah tau dah nak bernafas macam mana. Try and adjust. Tumpukan pada abs. Bayangkan abs berotot. Ye lah tu. Hahaha

Lepas habis two sets, rasa nak sambung tidur je hahaha. Walaupun nampak sikit, bila buat betul-betul, baru rasa kesannya kat otot yang kita tak pernah tahu kewujudannya.

Esok akan share tentang apa yang aku dapat setelah seminggu memulakan rutin baru ni. Tunggu……
