Exercise Journal : Day 5

Bismillah.

Semalam tak buat rutin sebab buat benda lain yang di luar rutin. Hari ni resume back, tapi buat belah petang lepas Asar tadi, and awesomeness continues B-)

Day 5
20 high knees
20 push ups
20 seconds plank
(2 sets)
20 crunches

High knees : OK
Push ups : tambah lagi 10 berbanding Jumaat. First set ok. Second set ada semput sikit.
Plank : OK. Boleh tambah masa lagi esok.
Crunches : dah rasa ada 6 pack! Hahaha perasan mesti ada. Cuma tak tau nak ambil dan lepas nafas masa bila. Akan Google tentang benda ni.

Esok boleh cerita apa effect yang aku rasa selepas seminggu bersenam setempat ni.
