Exercise journal : Day 3

Bismillah hirrahman nirrahim

Day 3:
20 high knees
10 push ups
20 seconds plank
(2 sets)

Hari ni dah mampu buat 20 high knees tanpa gap between 10 and 10.

Push up pun better berbanding semalam, rasa lebih confident nak buat. Malam tadi minta tolong suami check posture untuk push up dan plank, he says ok. Darrell pun tiru jugak kita buat push up hahaha.

Plank pun ada improvement. Perut masih menggigil.

Sekarang rasa otot kat lengan ada sedikit lenguh. Hari ni tambah warm up sebelum rutin di atas. Dua hari sebelum ni lupa nak warm up dulu. Excited sangat kan nak bersenam. Hahahaha.
