Exercise Journal : Day 2

Bismillah.

Day 1 : 60 high knees

Day 2 :
20 high knees
10 push ups
20 seconds plank
(2 sets)

MasyaAllah aku tak reti nak buat push ups! Menggigil tangan ni haa. High knees ok dah, lepas study lebih tentang macam mana nak buat high knees dengan betul.

Plank tu tetiba rasa nak tambah, sebab tak berapa cemerlang dengan push ups. Tengok gambarajah plank cam best aje kan. Cubalah buat, menggigil perut KakMa! Mampu tahan 10 saat je, pastu nak tarik nafas dah tak mampu. Drama sangat orang yang tak pernah buat senaman “formal” camni kan hahaha.

Jom sihat dengan istiqamah!
